The new noise…

New RPGs I’m working on:

1. Die Role: The player assumes the role of a single d20; the die knows that it must roll high, or it will be destroyed. Each low roll raises the stakes, increasing emotional tension and immersion.

2. Jargonaut: A story game in which players play blank pages; to vibe dramas, they must hatch and utilize new jargon, eschewing common parlance in favor of increasingly-abstruse argot. Rhematic altiloquence supervenes.

3. Old Wine, New Battles: A new “role-playing” game that harkens back to the classic dragon/wizard games of yesteryear, but with updated and fresh new features like hit dice, hit points, armor class, and monsters.
